2007 Award
Yes
(by Jez Alborough, Candlewick $15.99 Score:)

Bobo, the young chimp of few words, is happy to say “Yes!” to a bath, but not to bedtime. Like earlier adventures in Hug and Tall, Bobo’s story is almost wordless, but children will have no trouble telling the story as they enjoy the pictures. There are plenty of opportunities for them to say both “yes” and “no” in this dandy little tale for 2 & up.
