2006 Award
A Truck Goes Rattley-Bumpa
(Holt $14.95 Score:) Older toddlers and preschoolers love trucks and this is a perfect choice to satisfy that enthusiasm. Told in rhyme with bold primary colors, London introduces the bigger concept of the many kinds of trucks and the things they do. Younger than the wonderful concept book, "Truck Song", this is sure to win favor with those who are ready for a little more information found in the vehicles in a Donald Crews' book, but not so much that it goes over their heads. 2 & up.

Age: Toddlers,Preschool. Award Year: 2006.
