Big stitched black and white eyes will attract baby’s attention on thei teal blue Owl with licks of orange and dangly feet. Hang it on the stroller and then pull the owl down and it jitters back into place.  Baby will be interested in the vibration and small rattle of this basically quiet little jittery owl. Newborn & up.
The company has signed a verification form complying with our safety requirements. We did not independently test this toy in a lab.
