A flip-style cell phone for baby has a high contrast black and white chewing ring with four colorful rings on it.  Designed in bold royal blue, the inside has four colorful buttons that activate a quiet bell and a receptionist who greets you in both English and Spanish. One button say hello, another says good-bye and another asks, "What is you name?" A little phone like this is the first in a long line off.  Marked 6 month and up, this is a good early prop for pretend. Not all phones are alike. Many are too loud and therefore dangerous for baby's health.   The company has signed a verification form complying with our safety requirements.   We did not independently test this toy in a lab.
