Newest in this company’s paper doll collection, Finn & Maeve are boy and girl characters designed by children’s book illustrator, Lizzy Rockwell. There are three other characters; a witch, a wily fox and a fancy cat that looks a lot like Puss in Boots. The main characters come with stands and there are several other stick-on players such as a leprechaun, a fairy, a fire breathing dragon and a frog with a crown. Rockwell has created 2 sheets of charming stick-on medieval style outfits fit for a knight or King not to mention the court dresses for the Princess. All of this can be played against a two sided stand-up cardboard setting that feature a castle on one side and a storybook cottage on the other. Ideal for dramatic play that develops imagination and language.  The whole set stores in a slim cardboard box with carry along handle for going visiting.
