It's a hard choice between Benny Bulldog, Larry Labrador and Harry Husky. The latter looks a bit like a wolf, that might be a plus when a villainous character is needed. These have arms that droop down, but only motion is in the pooches' mouths. These are good sized puppets with a very animated look when you move their snouts. 4 & up. The company has signed a verification form complying with our safety requirements. We did not independently test this toy in a lab.
