Though this does not look anything like any Pooh bear you loved, this is about as soft and cuddly as they get. Covered in a swirled velvety plush, this is an armful, though light enough for a toddler to hug. It's done in a pale tan and although it has a Disney connection it does not look in any way like a Disney character. We love this 14" version as well as the smaller 9" version ($15). The company has signed a verification form complying with our safety requirements.  We did not independently test this toy in a lab.
