For the very youngest Mickey Mouse fan in the making, this totally soft plush huggable has a jingly rattle safely inside, crinkles in the ears, and all stitched features on the outside. His red trousers do not come off and are made of velvety velour. A companion Minnie Mouse ($17) is also available. Surface washable only. Infants and up. The company has signed a verification form complying with our safety requirements. We did not independently test this toy in a lab.
