A new look to a classic mini-setting, this wooden gas station comes with several little wooden vehicles, a taxi, ambulance, two cars. There’s a rider on a green motor bike, and two station attendants. One worker changes flat tires and another fills the gas tank (just like in olden times!) This is no small town gas station. It has a car wash, a gas pump, and an elevator that will take vehicles all the way to the top. Getting down is fun and fast on the red ramp, but watch out for that sharp turn on the second floor. This kind of mini-setting is ideal for dramatic play and trying out new roles that are not possible in reality. It’s a setting where kids can spin their own stories or play with a friend, where the little dramas unfold and kids engage in two way communication that requires listening as well as telling.
