Educational Insights Design and Drill See-Through Creative Workshop

A brand-new version of one of our earlier Platinum winners. Testers in the past have loved using the working toy drill to create designs and this updated set is no exception. The new version includes a translucent mini-drill, hand screwdriver, a combination wrench and all those bright colored bolts that can be drilled into a see-through base. Put one of the easy-to-follow pattern cards under the base for starters. Once they catch onto how things work, encourage them to dream up their own unique designs. The set includes 120 plastic bolts in 5 colors and ten pattern cards. The motorized drill has 3 drill bits (Phillips, socket, and flathead) and it takes 3 AA batteries. This is marked for 3-6, we think the sweet spot is more like older 4s, 5s and 6s who will have the dexterity to use the drill. A fun way to develop visual matching and eye hand skills.
