This new version features a red fish that rattles as it spins, a see-through roller with starfish inside, a be-ribboned spinner with a fish disk inside and a blue side view of a fish bowl that spins with fish on both sides. All of this comes on a fat suction cup base that will hold it in place. It has a high contrast black and white ring that holds the spinners. It’s easy to activate with a swipe of a small hand and to further operate by hitting the individual pieces with fine motor finger skills. 6-24 months.
