Need a new way to relax? This set of fifty cards might offer playful ways to calm kids down. Each card comes with a role play idea that is designed to do exactly that...for example: the Baby Bear Card says: "Lie down on your back. Hug your knees to your chest. Grab the outside of your feet with your hands. Rock and roll around just like a happy baby bear." We're not sure how calming the Roaring Lion card will be, but getting the roars out can be a way of de-stressing. Other cards have kids balance like a flamingo and stretch like a cat.
