Did you ever take the train to the plane? Well, Brio has made that a connection a reality for pretend play. Brio World's Airport is quite a setting with a modern looking terminal and control tower combo. It includes a stout red airplane, two airport workers, luggage, a working light, and best of all, a chute for the luggage.
The airport figures can fit in the see through control tower or into the plane. In the past, we've talked about adding props to train sets, usually a bridge or an extra train. But this is a super-sized prop, a mini setting, really. But, adding new props or mini settings to your child's original wooden train set is likely to renew interest and life to their "old" wooden trains. This is also a nice add-on setting for their wooden blocks. 3 & up.
